Purchase Orders


All orders must be submitted in written form via email or fax—verbal communications or handwritten notes will not be accepted. Please follow up to confirm that your Purchase Order has been received.

Production can only commence once all required information is complete, the paper proof has been approved, and full payment has been received.

We will hold unprocessed Purchase Orders for a maximum of two weeks. If no progress is made within this period, the PO will be deactivated. To reinstate the delayed order, a new or revised Purchase Order must be submitted. Please note that the original pricing and delivery timeline specified in the initial PO will no longer be guaranteed.

Change Orders


Requests to modify an order must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the original PO issuance date. All changes must be pre-confirmed with your dedicated account representative before submission. Please note that rush orders or orders with a 5-day delivery timeline cannot be canceled once the Order Acknowledgment has been confirmed. After submitting a change request, please contact us to verify that the adjustments have been implemented. Additional fees may apply if changes are requested after production has started.

Order Acknowledgment


Every order placed with us will receive an Order Acknowledgment and a virtual proof. The Order Acknowledgment summarizes the agreed-upon total cost for the order, while the virtual proof provides a digital preview of your customized product, including artwork placement, size, color, and other key details. Production will not begin until both the Order Acknowledgment and virtual proof have been formally approved. By submitting a Purchase Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Artwork and Proofing


To ensure accurate reproduction of artwork, we require a vector file for all orders. For specific products such as full-color printed items or custom-shaped PVC products, high-resolution .jpg images may be accepted at our discretion.

A virtual proof is a digital representation of the finished product and is not a physical sample. It confirms logo position, placement, and PMS color specifications. Please note that the emailed proof is not intended for color matching, as actual print colors may differ from on-screen displays. If exact color matching (e.g., to a specific shade or existing item) is required, we recommend ordering a pre-production sample and providing the relevant PMS color code (if applicable).

Production time starts the business day after the virtual proof is approved and all required documentation is received. If revisions to the artwork are needed, please annotate the changes on the proof form and return it to us. A revised virtual proof will be sent for your review after the artwork has been updated. Delays in artwork approval or last-minute order changes may result in shipping delays or additional rush/imprinting fees to meet fixed deadlines.

Shipping Delays


We strive to ensure all orders are shipped on time or ahead of your requested delivery date. Shipments are handled exclusively by UPS or FedEx, with delivery from our facility to you or your designated recipient. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, we no longer have direct control over the delivery process. We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, carrier-related issues, or other unforeseeable circumstances. While our carriers maintain a 99% on-time delivery rate, occasional delays may occur.

Requests to modify shipping instructions within 48 hours of the scheduled shipment date cannot be guaranteed. The customer assumes full responsibility for any shipment delays or additional charges resulting from such modifications, including but not limited to special shipping requests, address changes, or undeliverable shipments.

Payment Policy


We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and purchase orders from pre-approved companies. Orders will not enter production until full payment is received or a valid purchase order is approved. Credit card billing and shipping addresses must match, or the alternate shipping address must be on file with the credit card issuer—failure to meet this requirement may result in order delays. All past-due accounts sent to collections will incur a 1.5% monthly compound interest rate on the outstanding balance, plus any associated collection fees.

Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders


Once an Order Acknowledgment is approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to process changes or cancellations. However, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. If you have already signed and returned the Order Acknowledgment, a cancellation fee will apply: either a minimum of $50.00 or 35% of the total invoice amount (whichever is higher) to cover order processing, setup costs, artwork preparation fees, and restocking expenses. All costs incurred by us prior to cancellation will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or fax.

Claims, Adjustments, Refunds and Returns


Upon receiving your shipment, it is your responsibility to inspect the products for accuracy, including item type, imprint quality, quantity, and functionality. If any issues are identified, please contact our customer service team immediately. If a return is necessary, we will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and provide a designated return shipping address. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Full refunds will not be granted for returns requested more than 30 days after receipt of goods.

To qualify for a full refund, all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. We will cover the cost of ground return shipping, except in cases where merchandise is missing, damaged, or otherwise unreturnable. If you wish to keep the merchandise despite any issues, we may offer a partial refund (up to 50% of the order value). Blank, uncustomized goods are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Warranty


Most of our products come with a 6-month warranty, while electronic-related items are covered for 3 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by acts of God, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or unauthorized modifications to the product. It also excludes damage resulting from improper operation, lack of maintenance, or repairs attempted by non-authorized service providers. For defective products, we reserve the right to repair or replace the item at no cost to you. To claim warranty service, the defective product must be returned to our facility for inspection.

Overages and Shortages


We produce and deliver the exact quantity specified in your order. No additional or fewer units will be provided unless explicitly requested and confirmed in writing prior to production.

Site Pricing


We make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing on our website. However, prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions, supply chain fluctuations, or other unforeseen factors. To secure the listed price, full payment and approval of the final invoice must be completed—no items may be removed from the order after this point. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Use of Trademarks


Logos displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only, to demonstrate product customization options. The use of third-party trademarks or copyrighted materials does not imply that we own or have permission to use such intellectual property, nor do we offer products featuring third-party trademarks without the explicit consent of the rights holder. By submitting an order, you grant us permission to display and promote products featuring your trademarks or copyrighted materials. We strictly adhere to intellectual property laws and will not produce or sell items with unauthorized trademarks or copyrighted content.

Our price match guarantee ensures you get the best value: if you find the exact same product (with identical specifications and customization options) at a lower price from another authorized retailer, we will match that price. Simply contact our customer service team with details of the competing offer, and we will adjust our price accordingly—no questions asked.
